Ancora is the Latin word for anchor. The most well-known meaning of anchor is something that keeps a boat from floating away. However, the word also has many other meanings, and the one we like best is something which provides stability, support, and confidence, especially in uncertain situations.
The Ancora team aspires to be strong and grounded, and provide stability to all our customers, our staff and our community. We strive to strengthen our communities and instil an understanding of inclusion that embraces everyone who lives in this remarkable and beautiful area.
Ancora is passionately led by the company owners who also form the Management Team: Clinton O’Brien (Director of Service Delivery), Suzanne Plant (Director of Corporate Services), Erika Matovinovic (Manager of Service Delivery), and Kelly Hewitt (Manager of Corporate Services).

Members of Ancora’s management team have extensive experience with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and have a strong understanding of the NDIS and navigating throughout the scheme. The team also have a diverse range of business skills, ensuring that we have a robust and compliant business structure.
