Our team at Ancora starts with our Support Workers, who work in the community and home care environments, day and night supporting, advocating and ensuring our Customers have access to the support they deserve. Each member of our team are personally selected in accordance with their Values and how they project themselves not only in their personal life, but also out in the community. Without the critical work provided by our Support Workers, Ancora would not be in the position to call itself a Quality Disability Support organisation who is able to utilize a value based support model to make a meaningful impact in our customers lives, helping them achieve and exceed their goals and expectations on a daily basis.
Our team work in the Community to help our customers achieve their goals, gain meaningful employment opportunities and assist them to create meaningful relationships with the local community, through various groups and social activities. Our Support Workers also support our customers to live safely and independently in their own homes by building independent living skills and using their skills and training to mentor our customers with their desired goals and outcomes.
The majority of our Administration Team have started their careers as Support Workers. By following this path, they are able to use this knowledge, and their experiences to further our current Supports alongside our mission. The Senior Coordinators, support a strong focus on building on our teams strengths to provide quality support that Ancora is known for.
